BS/MD Programs That Have Been Discontinued

I am in the process of updating the book for 2014 and so far have some across two BS/MD programs that have been discontinued.

The first is one of my favorites and it is the Medical Scholars Program that Caltech had with UC San Diego School of Medicine. This means that out of state students will no longer have a BS/MD program option for UC San Diego School of Medicine.

The second program that has been discontinued is the WSU Med Start program that Michigan Tech had with Wayne State University School of Medicine. Wayne State still has BS/MD programs with Northern Michigan University and Wayne State undergrad.

Next time I will mention some of the new programs that I have come across this year.
